Our table d'hote is now priced at $70 per guest.  This includes your choice of starters, main course and dessert, as well as sorbet.  In addition, each day our chefs will be creating a tapas for you to try if you wish.

Reducing & Our Carbon Footprint
We have always been a supporter of local product –originally because we believed (and still do) that closer means better flavour and the greater the demand for local product, the greater the variety that will be available to us. When we can’t source it here (the reality of living in a zone 3 climate) we try for BC or the western United States. We try for organic when it is also fairly local; for minimal packaging and low transportation impact.
