unheardof has two separate rooms suitable for small private functions.  More information about the Board Room (up to twenty guests) and the Oak Room (up to forty guests) is available under those tabs. Bookings for more than 8 guests must be done by phone 780 432 0480.

We require a $250 deposit to confirm any private room function.  It is non refundable in the event of a cancellation with 7 days of the function.  It will be applied to the bill on the evening of the function.

Most private room bookings are provided with a limited choice menu in one of two formats.  Either the full multi course meal seated or a reception period with hors d'oeuvre service and an abbreviated menu beginning with the soup/salad course.  The meal cost for all of these functions is $75/guest.  Beverages, taxes and an 18% gratuity are additional.

You can also host a cocktail reception as well as all day or half day meetings at unheardof.
